I have now watched this through the network. Well done, this is really good. Creates suspense and feels like a thriller. You have several examples of MoAs, you observe the 180 degree rule and you have evidence of S/RS. Your close up work is very good. I like your use of the CCTV. You have also used props and lighting which is beyond expectation for this project - well done. I don't know who the male actor is, but what a talent!
Some things that you can improve, 1. Sound - if you listen carefully, on some shots you have no diegetic sound, just the music. When this is cut to a shot with diegetic sound (where you have dialogue), it loses continuity as you hear a jump. You therefore need to use diegetic sound bridges as well - create an ambient soundscape to overlay shots. 2. Framing on some of the two shots is such that your subjects are too low in the frame.
